Bought plenty of my PS5 games here. They also have a great collection of second hand PS4 and PS5 games. You can swap your old games to new ones. Good service!

Great experience, thanks for addressing my warranty issue in minutes and with a smile. EB Games treat customers as the reason for their existence (unlike the damn apple store, who's first response from a walk-in is they will tell me when i have to come back!!!)

My son loves pikachu. I get him a pikachu led lamp as the birthday gift. The staff is so nice and help us to find a hat with pikachu in the system.

NO WAY!!!! I walked in, wanted the waddle dee so badly but I couldn't tell because it was a Gatchapon. Lovely lady (sorry forgot your name) was awesome and wished me luck, IT WORKED!!!!! AAAAAAnnnnd then I had to run all the way back to EBG again because I forgot about the awesome Metriod remaster that got released. Thank you both lovely lady and madlad gent!!!!!!

Skye was so lovely, friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were after a specific figurine and she went out of her way to look for one in the shop, and when they didn’t have it in stock, she called Woden and was able to secure one there for us. It was super busy in the shop and we were very appreciative of her time !

My favourite place in Canberra centre. EB GAMES.... excellent customer service. All the staff friendly and helpful. Specially i recommend to see " JESS "- with smiley face 🙂 " for any help in EB Games Canberra store. She is really nice and super helpful. And this store is 5 star in my opinion...✌️✌️✌️

The workers were really kind and helped us find a good one piece starter pack, we didn't feel rushed at all and the space felt very positive and happy, Kevin was great with serving us

Went in because I was having issues with a pre-owned controller and had also accidentally purchased the wrong version of a game. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely Jacob, who honestly helped me with everything I needed. He went so far above and beyond to make sure I left with a properly working controller, which I genuinely wasn’t expecting and really appreciated. The whole experience was stress-free thanks to how patient, knowledgeable, and kind he was throughout the process. The staff at EB Games are always incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and this visit was no exception. Huge thank you to Jacob and the team! I really, really appreciate it and will absolutely keep coming back.
